AMARETTO SOUR (Non Alcoholic)

Ingredients

  • 5cl ADRIATICO ZERO
  • 2cl Lemon juice
  • 1/2 shot of pasteurized white egg
  • 3 dashes of angostura bitters to balance

Mocktail Alcohol-Free Recipe

  • Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients to emulsify. Add ice in the shaker, Shake again. Pour in a Martini glass. 
  • Garnish with a maraschino cherry or a lemon twist

ROASTED MULE (NON ALCOHOLIC)

Ingredients

  • 5 cl of ADRIATICO ZERO
  • Ginger beer
  • Lemon juice

Mocktail Alcohol-Free Recipe

  • Pour into a Whisky glass
  • Add ice cubes
  • Garnish with a ginger slice

  • COLOUR: mahogany.
  • NOSE: intense and indulgent, opening with bitter almond, caramel, tonka bean, pepper, vanilla, and a hint of floral gardenia.
  • PALATE: silky and syrupy, both indulgent and fresh, featuring roasted almond, frangipane, ripe banana, citrus, cocoa, and a touch of cherry stone.
  • FINISH: long and oily, with notes of maraschino cherry, coffee, hazelnut, pine sap, gingerbread, along with herbal and woody touches, and a hint of salt.
  • EMPTY GLASS: bitter almond, cherry, and allspice. This captures the detailed flavour profile and aromatic complexity of ADRIATICO ZERO.
