ADRIATICO Roasted aged in Bonollo Grappa Cask is a 2023 limited edition born at Amaretto ADRIATICO.

Roasted and salted almonds from Puglia were distilled in Full Proof and aged for 24 months in a barrel that contained Bonollo Grappa.

Then, before bottling, cinnamon, coffee and cocoa infusions and a pinch of fior di sale from the Adriatic Sea were added-the classic ingredients that make ADRIATICO's recipe distinctive. The result is a mineral, vinous, complex amaretto, rich in Mediterranean notes.
