CAPRINA BY RENA ISCHIA

The Caprina by Rena Ischia is a refreshing and citrusy cocktail with a hint of sweetness from the Lime Juice and simple syrup. The Amaretto ADRIATICO adds a unique twist to the drink, making it a perfect choice for a summer gathering or a relaxing evening at home.

INGREDIENTS

• 5 cl Cachaça Umburana
•  3 cl ADRIATICO Bianco
• 3 cl lime juice
• 1 cl simple syrup
• 3 dashes Angostura

HOW TO DO IT

• Shake all the ingredients 
• Pour over ice in a Whiskey glass
• Garnish with a mint sprig
